Role Description:
We are in need of a Remote Customer service professional We are looking for experienced customer service talent to join a dynamic IOT company that values empathy, problem-solving, and top-tier service.
What You'll Do:
Handle customer inquiries through various platforms with professionalism and care
Process Customer Orders and requests through several platforms
Strictly comply with the team and company policies
Resolve issues efficiently and accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Proactive in voicing opinions and suggestions
Process/framework Optimization
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills: Clear, professional English (spoken and written) is essential for global customer support.
Technical aptitude: Familiarity with IoT, networking, wireless technologies is a plus, especially when supporting RAKwireless products.
Customer-centric mindset: Ability to empathize, resolve issues efficiently through various platforms with professionalism and care, and maintain a positive tone even under pressure.
Problem-solving skills: Capable of providing resolutions and guiding customers through general product, order concerns and /or logistical issues.
CRM proficiency: Experience using customer service platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
Previous customer service experience preferred (4+ years)
Aiming for continuous development and improvement
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Remote support experience: Comfort with email, chat, and ticketing systems.
