Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, BS Psychology or related field
With 2-3 years work experience
Proficient in MS Office operation
Knowledgeable in all facets of HR
Well-versed with the Philippine Labor Laws
With excellent communication skills
Has the ability to handle multiple tasks
Flexible and can work under pressure
Willing to travel
Job description:
Reports to the HR Manager in the Head Office
Assists in the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provides clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
Compiles, updates, and organizes employee records (hard and soft copies)
Processes enrollment of employees' paycards
Coordinates HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, evaluations, etc.)
Assists in payroll preparation by encoding relevant data (days of work, overtime, absences, leaves, tardiness, etc.)
Assists in the recruitment process including background checking of the applicants
Assists employees in any HR-related concerns and reports the same to the HR Manager
Performs other functions deemed necessary by management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
