HR & Compliance Officer

Location: Hybrid (Melbourne/Manila)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Melbourne) | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Manila)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: PHP 30,000/month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Officer with strong knowledge in HR operations and compliance. Candidates with health industry experience and familiarity with Australian Fair Work rules will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Australian Fair Work standards
  • Handle employee relations and performance management
  • Conduct compliance audits, reporting, and documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Oversee time tracking software compliance
  • Provide HR and compliance training and support to staff

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years HR and compliance experience (health industry preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant courses
  • Familiarity with Australian Fair Work rules (advantageous)
  • Willing to work hybrid and full-time
  • Proficient in time tracking software
  • Can start immediately

Requirements

  • Valid NBI Clearance
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 2 verifiable references (preferably former supervisors/managers)
