*Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT) Key Responsibilities*

  1. Brand Design & Identity
  2. Create a strong aesthetic brand look that embodies: FUN | PROFESSIONAL | HEALTH & FITNESS | STYLISH | RELATABLE | COMMUNITY.
  3. Deliverables include:
    • Logo (the face of the brand)
    • Colour palettes
    • Instagram mood boards
    • Advertising templates
    • Social content grids (showing the aesthetics of Facebook + Instagram)
  4. Product Style & Collection Planning
  5. Align products with a streamlined, cohesive brand vision.
  6. Work with existing products (first line: socks in red, blue, white, brown) and plan collections that release together for structured advertising.
    • Example: Instead of advertising all sock colours at once, release the red sock alongside matching products (e.g. T-shirt), and advertise as the Christmas Collection for that month and thus post all things Christmas and lifestyle.
    • Develop a monthly product plan for each new collection, including:
    • Colours
    • Instagram mood boards
    • Advertising templates
    • Facebook & Instagram content grid
    • Photoshoot mood board
    • AI/UGC content plans (reaching out to influencers/creators to promote products or using AI online programs to create content)
  7. Ensure every collection is themed and easy to market (Christmas, Summer, Wellness, Sculpt, Pilates Era, Running, Health etc.).
  8. Ongoing Instagram Management (Community)
  9. Plan, create, and schedule posts
  10. Engage with the community and grow authentic relationships
  11. Provide Instagram mood boards 1 month in advance
  12. Generate fresh content ideas
  13. TikTok Strategy
  14. Stay on top of trending sounds & video styles
  15. Create and plan TikTok content ideas
  16. Drive engagement and visibility
  17. Shopify Management
  18. Set up and manage auto shipping/postage
  19. Manage stock numbers & sales
  20. Design / redesign the website
  21. Integrate lead capture forms
  22. Facebook Members Page
  23. Build the "Join the Club" vibe into our existing Facebook members page, create posts, discussions, and exclusivity for members
  24. Encourage community participation and excitement for the brand
  25. Event Planning (Community Engagement)
  26. Plan and host creative events to connect with the community, such as:
    • DIY Sock Nights
    • Pilates Workshops
    • Themed Pilates Event Days
  27. Extra Time: Support for Inner Balance Health
  28. Marketing Manager with Pilates Studio management where required

We are looking for someone with hands-on skills, not just ideas. You must be able to create and deliver the following:

  • Experience building an eCommerce brand (Shopify preferred)
  • Product & packaging design in Adobe Illustrator
  • Creation of Instagram posts & Reels (both static and video)
  • Skilled in Canva (templates, social tiles, advertising graphics)
  • Ability to create AI-generated creatives (images & video content for advertising and social)
