About the Role

Unilever Philippines is looking for a dynamic HR Generalist (People Partner) to join our team

This role serves as the primary contact for employees and line managers regarding HR systems and processes — covering onboarding, payroll, leave, travel, and exit processes — ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.

You will work closely with different teams to support day-to-day HR needs, provide proactive HR solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the People Experience function.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job movement, and exit engagement.
  • Handle benefits and payroll administration.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and compliance.
  • Partner with line managers and employees to resolve HR-related concerns and escalations.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across HR operations.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and data.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business-related fields.
  • With 1–3 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.); advanced Excel skills required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures.

Job Details
  • Work Setup: On-site / Office-based
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Unilever Corporate Building, BGC, Taguig
  • Salary Range: ₱35,000/month
  • Contract Duration: From start date until January months), with possible extension
  • Leaves: Service Incentive Leave (SIL)
