Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist who will primarily focus on timekeeping and attendance management, while also supporting employee relations, disciplinary actions, and separation processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accurate, and able to balance empathy with professionalism — someone who can listen and assist employees with care, yet remain firm and aligned with company policies when handling sensitive cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Timekeeping & Attendance Management


• Monitor and validate employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and schedule adjustments.


• Ensure timely and accurate processing of timekeeping data for payroll cutoffs.


• Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies or system-related concerns.


• Maintain updated and compliant timekeeping records in line with company policies.

Employee Relations & Disciplinary Actions


• Prepare and issue HR documents including NTEs, IRs, memos, and case reports.


• Assist in handling disciplinary cases, documentation, and investigation procedures.


• Conduct employee consultations and support in addressing workplace concerns.


• Promote a healthy work environment by balancing employee care with policy enforcement.

Separation & Clearance


• Facilitate the end-to-end separation process, including clearance, exit interviews, and final pay coordination.


• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth turnover for outgoing employees.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.


• 1-2 years of HR operations experience, with strong background in timekeeping and employee relations.


• Skilled in preparing HR documents (NTEs, IRs, memos, case reports).


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
