What you'll be doing

  • Source and award requirements based on submitted requisitions aligned with Purchasing policies & procedures, based on outsourcing set criteria, validated diligently and negotiated rationally.
  • Perform the system's PR-PO (Purchase Requisitions Purchase Order) - streamline functions in the most effective and methodical manner that results to high level of operational performance.
  • Maintain department's filing system hard and soft copies, all its policies & procedures, all PR-PO streamline-related documents, and all vendor management-related documents to ensure document organization and availability of information.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the hardware and construction.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Proficient in using procurement software and SAP systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
