Megawide is currently seeking of an innovator and result driven Corporate Nurse who will conduct regular health assessments for Head Office employees, including pre-employment exams and periodic check-ups. It also includes providing immediate medical care for workplace injuries, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and maintaining accurate medical records. The position monitors occupational illnesses, facilitates rehabilitation, and ensures the availability of medical kits and emergency equipment.

Job Description:

  1. Conducts regular health assessments for Head Office employees, including pre-employment medical exams, periodic check-ups, and return-to-work evaluations to ensure fitness for duty.
  2. Provides immediate medical care for workplace injuires, accidents, or health incidents, stabilizaing patients and coordination with emergency services when necessary.
  3. Ensures compliance with occupational health regulations and company health policies, maintaining accurate medical records and reports for audits.
  4. Monitors and manages cases of occupational illnesses and injuries, facilitating rehabilitation, modified duties, and reintegration into the workforce.
  5. Maintains and inventory medical kits, first aid stations, and emergency equipment at Head Office, ensuring readiness at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Nursing with valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or corporate healthcare settings
  • With experience with pre-employment medical examinations and workplace injury management
  • Must have Occupational Health Nursing certification or training
  • Proficient in medical record keeping and health information management systems
  • Knowledgeable of occupational health and safety regulations in the Philippines
  • With competency in emergency response procedures and workplace injury assessment.
