Job SummaryThe Corporate Legal Associate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring completion of registration requirements, processing permits, and assisting the Legal Services Department (LSD) Manager in project handling and monitoring. Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct contract review and drafting. Draft legal opinions and advice.

Draft, summarize, and organize legal documents, including contracts and legal opinions; check legal forms for accuracy. Handle registration and applications with SEC, BIR, PEZA, BOI.Process permits with LGUs. Perform records checks and legal research.

Prepare reports, correspondences, forms, affidavits, and other documents as required. Assist LSD Manager in project handling and monitoring. Conduct training sessions for other departments as needed.

Draft letters and legal correspondences as required by the LSD Manager. Perform basic to complex corporate secretarial tasks as mandated by law. QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Political Science or equivalent.

Graduate of Law/Juris Doctor. Must be a bar passer with at least one (1) year of related experience. Experience in processing permits and other requirements with SEC, BIR, PEZA, BOI, and LGUs.

Knowledge in contract drafting and SEC-related matters.
