We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems, including spreadsheets and databases. Accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality are paramount, and you will play an integral part in ensuring that data is up-to-date and error-free, supporting various teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and make corrections as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all data handled.
  • Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by team members or management.
  • Meet daily/weekly data entry targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to verify data accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles preferred.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database systems.
