Senior Litigation Lawyer

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor degree
  • Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar (R.A. 1080)
  • At least 2 years of litigation experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting skills
  • Skilled in managing client concerns and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Experience handling hearings across all stages of court proceedings
  • Team player with professionalism and grace under pressure

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the case load of junior lawyers
  • Review and finalize pleadings and legal documents
  • Prepare for and attend hearings, pre-trials, and trials
  • Guide and mentor junior lawyers in hearing preparation and trial technique
  • Strategize and monitor case progress and billing
  • Attend meetings and consultations with clients
  • Align team performance with litigation KPIs and KRAs
