The Legal Assistant is responsible for ensuring the companys full compliance with national and local government regulations by securing, renewing, and monitoring all necessary permits, licenses, and legal documents. The role involves coordination with various government agencies such as DTI, SEC, BIR, DOLE, and LGUs, as well as maintaining proper documentation and records. The position requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle both office-based and fieldwork tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and renew business permits, licenses, and other government requirements.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and local government offices for document submissions and follow-ups.
  • Maintain an updated record of all permits, registrations, and compliance deadlines.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Draft and review legal and compliance-related documents as assigned.
  • Provide regular status reports to management on compliance activities.
  • Handle fieldwork to government offices as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field, Juris Doctor degree or units would be an advantage
  • Experience in government compliance, legal documentation, or regulatory affairs preferred.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and report on-site.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM| On-site

Salary Package:
Php 20, ,000 + allowance (based on experience)
