About the role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at 1ST DYNAMIC PERSONNEL RESOURCES'. This full-time role will be based in Quezon City, Metro Manila and is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to kickstart their career in the customer service industry.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base via phone, email and chat
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshooting issues, offering solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Updating customer records and maintaining detailed case notes
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and communicate feedback to management
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards at all times
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable working with CRM systems
- Positive, patient and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- No previous BPO experience required, as full training will be provided
