About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Geosons Plct Agency, Inc. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and involves providing exceptional customer service over the phone. No prior BPO experience is required for this role.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handling customer complaints and grievances with patience and professionalism
