CSR/Customer Service Representative

Salary Range:
24K – 28K

What You'll Do
 Customer Service Excellence:
Provide top-notch customer service,

ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.


NEMT Coordination:
Efficiently coordinate NEMT services,

including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.


Prior Authorization:
Secure necessary prior authorizations for

NEMT services, adhering to strict guidelines and timelines.


Paratransit Scheduling:
Schedule transportation for paratransit

passengers, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.


Disruption Management:
Address and resolve any transportation

disruptions promptly and professionally.


Quality Assurance:
Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to

established procedures and recommending improvements.


KPI Performance:
Meet and exceed key performance indicators

(KPIs) to ensure optimal service delivery.


Continuous Learning
: Stay updated on industry trends and product

knowledge through ongoing training and development.

Other Requirements

Final Interview:
Candidates must be willing to come in the

office when they reach the Final interview stage.

 Amenable to work in shifting schedules, holidays, graveyard shift

and weekend if required.
