Job Overview
The E-commerce Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company's online platforms to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. This role involves managing product listings, coordinating with internal teams and third-party partners, monitoring sales performance, and assisting in the execution of online marketing campaigns. The E-commerce Assistant plays a key role in maintaining product accuracy, stock availability, and timely fulfillment of online orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in uploading and updating product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability, promotions, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor online store performance, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback.
- Handle order processing, tracking, and after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Conduct basic analysis and prepare reports on sales trends, product performance, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and e-commerce standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
