Job description:

A sales and marketing associate in e-commerce supports an online business by performing day-to-day tasks that drive sales and improve brand presence. The role focuses on executing digital marketing campaigns, managing online product listings, and optimizing customer experiences. Roles and responsibilities. Typical duties for an e-commerce sales and marketing associate include:

  • Support online marketing campaigns: Help plan and execute sales events, digital content postings, and promotional activities to boost platform growth.
  • Manage product listings and inventory: Ensure product listings across all e-commerce platforms are accurate and up-to-date. This includes handling product descriptions, photos, and inventory levels.
  • Provide customer service: Act as a point of contact for online customer inquiries and feedback, and help resolve any order or shipping issues.
  • Analyze performance data: Gather and review data on web traffic, search engine rankings, and sales metrics to help optimize marketing and sales strategies.
  • Assist with fulfillment: Process online orders by coordinating tasks like picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching. The associate also helps manage returns and exchanges.
  • Conduct market research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide insights for new strategies.
  • Create and manage content: Assist in creating compelling content, including written copy and visual assets, for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
