Job Description:

  • Manage and monitor the quality assurance processes for e-commerce transactions and product listings.
  • Oversee and report the handling of CB transactions, ensuring they are processed correctly and promptly.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure that product deliveries meet quality standards.
  • Perform audits and inspections to identify quality issues in e-commerce operations.
  • Assist in creating and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction through better product quality and logistics efficiency.
  • At least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce, Logistics, or Quality Assurance preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
