Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online sales
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns
  • Create, plan, and schedule social media content across all platforms
  • Monitor analytics, performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns
  • Implement SEO strategies for product listings and website pages

E-Commerce Management

  • Handle store operations, product listings, pricing, and optimization
  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse for inventory, delivery, and fulfillment
  • Oversee store campaigns, promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and platform events
  • Track store performance, conversion rates, and sales targets
  • Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and seller ratings

Brand & General Marketing

  • Lead brand campaigns, product launches, marketing calendars, and promos
  • Develop creative materials (banners, posters, product descriptions, marketing copies)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Logistics) for marketing support
  • Handle partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing
  • Monitor competition, market trends, and consumer behavior
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related courses
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Brand Marketing
  • Hands-on experience in Shopee Seller Center / Lazada Seller Center is a strong advantage
  • Knowledgeable in running paid ads and using analytics tools
  • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns from start to finish
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Leadership potential—able to guide and oversee marketing assistants or agencies
