Job description:

  • Conduct inspection and verification of parcels, returns, and outgoing shipments.
  • Check product condition, packaging, and labeling for compliance with company standards.
  • Investigate and document cases of damaged or lost items.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare daily and weekly QC reports.
  • Recommend process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client quality procedures.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
