HR Manager

Location: Eastwood (Onsite)

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support the growth of our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. This role requires a strong leader who can work closely with management to build a high-performing culture while ensuring compliance with company standards and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for various roles across the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs, align HR initiatives, and provide strategic support.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management with professionalism and fairness.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture building, and retention.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and organizational growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong background in Recruitment and broad HR functions (employee relations, comp & ben, performance management).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment with a night-shift schedule.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
