Job Descriptions:

The successful candidate will oversee all HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and strategic HR planning. This involves managing the HR department's daily operations and developing employee engagement and culture initiatives.

Core Responsibilities.

1.   Manage the entire hiring and onboarding process.

2.   Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions, and maintain compliance with personnel records and legal requirements.

3.   Develop training, guide performance, and advise managers on HR matters.

4.   Oversee employee safety, health, and benefits, and ensure compliance with compensation and labor regulations.

5.   Lead HR policy development and workforce planning, and collaborate with leadership for culture and engagement initiatives.

Strategic and Leadership Roles

1.   Advise the Principal Architects on HR strategy aligned with company goals.

2.   Lead change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

3.   Manage performance excellence through goal-setting and timely follow-ups.

4.   Provide coaching and development support for all employees.

Skills and Qualifications

1.   Attention to detail, good judgement, and accountability in task execution

2.   Ability to prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics.

3.   Several years of progressive HR management experience (typically 10+ years or more).

4.   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

5.   Ability to confer with management and resolve complex employee relations issues.

6.   Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, or related fields required.
