 For System approval by sir Gilbert,

 Input price Quotation on purchasing system and subject for approval to P.O to Sir Gilbert

 Monitoring of all item request by vessel done RS and P.O

 Responsible to monitor of all Copy of P.O send by Purchasing Main Office.

 Must take down notes all details regarding food provision request that need to hold

depends on advice of vessel.

  1. Printing all P.o

 Printed P.o will check and forward to Ma'am Gretchel

  1. Encoding invoice per vessel for Budget Monitoring.

 All invoices for vessels and items purchased in Gensan will be entered in the budget

Monitoring or Ledger

  1. For Double Check of All invoices per vessel item purchased @ Gensan with Sir Gelo.

 After loading of Food provision to the carrying vessel, it is necessary to check all invoice

again to find out if there is a Price increased or Price decreased before reconcile of sir Gelo

the remaining budget per period of vessel in Treasury department (Sir Ivan).
