We are seeking a driven and client-focused Account Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management and tailored logistics solutions.

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing prospective clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights on trends and opportunities.
  • Proactively recommend solutions to improve service and meet evolving client needs.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any business or supply chain related course
  • At least 2 years sales experience and at least 1 year experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Customer-service oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
