About the Role

We seek an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating and supporting logistical operations to ensure seamless goods movement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking shipments, scheduling appointments, and handling various administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track shipment status to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Schedule and manage pickups and delivery appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.
  • Establish effective communication with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff.
  • Prepare reports for the logistics department.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and logistics.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss logistics planning and strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage.
