Logistics Operations Role

Develop a strong understanding of logistics coordination and support the team in optimizing processes.

Cost Awareness & Optimization Support:

  • Assist in gathering shipping quotes and rate comparisons.
  • Track and log shipping-related expenses, reporting any delays or issues to senior staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using desktop software and office tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Interest in learning data entry, document processing, and logistics.
  • Basic understanding of import/export concepts is advantageous.
