Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and build strong relationships with retail partners and customers. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand in the eyewear industry through effective team management and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand into untapped regions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
