Role Description

This is a contract Sales Manager role at Megaworld Global Estates Inc. - South Careers located in Taguig. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets on-site.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Has a ready team of at least four Property Consultants
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus
