Job Summary:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and build strong relationships with retail partners and customers. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand in the eyewear industry through effective team management and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and clients.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand into untapped regions.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and opportunities for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in eyewear, fashion accessories, or retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Willingness to travel locally or internationally as needed.
