The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients, providing excellent service through multiple communication channels (phone, email, and fax). This role is responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, as well as providing comprehensive operational and strategic support to the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, managing inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Respond to patient emails and faxes, ensuring all correspondence is handled accurately, completely, and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain a current understanding of clinic services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Triage and escalate complex or sensitive patient complaints and clinical questions to the appropriate clinical staff (nurses, providers, practice manager).
  • Resolve patient concerns efficiently and empathetically, focusing on a first-call resolution when possible.
  • Adhere strictly to all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of all protected health information (PHI).
  • Assist in lead generation and in the research and analysis of market trends, potential partners, and new business opportunities.
  • Help prepare and format pitches, quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for clients and partners.
  • Help generate basic sales reports and track performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: No prior experience needed. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Skills:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic telephone presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a quick learner with new software.
  • Meticulous accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to quickly assess situations and provide appropriate solutions or triage.
  • A deep commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • A genuine interest in business development and a desire to grow.

Work Setup:

  • Onsite (I.T. Park, Cebu City)
  • Shifting schedule (day or mid-day shifts)
