About the role

Join Ascendion as a Salesforce Developer in our dynamic and innovative team. In this full-time, office-based role in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse business requirements and design custom Salesforce applications to meet those needs
  • Develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Implement and configure Salesforce functionality such as workflows, processes, and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business challenges
  • Provide maintenance, support and continuous improvement for existing Salesforce applications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other core Salesforce technologies
  • Experience in full software development life cycle, from analysis to deployment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration is preferred
