Position Title: Salesforce Developer
Work Arrangements: Full Onsite (Taguig or Cebu, Philippines)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and collaborative Salesforce Developer to join our client's digital team. You'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce ecosystem and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of innovative and high-impact engagements. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your technical skills, contribute to digital transformation projects, and grow within a supportive, future-ready environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your core consulting and Salesforce skills to deliver technical solutions across the Salesforce product suite.
  • Engage in APEX development, Lightning Web Components, and complex Salesforce configuration.
  • Analyze, design, code, and unit test Salesforce solutions in collaboration with the development team.
  • Actively participate in development workstreams across multiple client projects.
  • Guide clients with best practices and recommend more effective ways of meeting their goals.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled Salesforce professionals to share knowledge and enhance capabilities.

Your Profile:

  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Familiarity with AppExchange apps and their integration within Salesforce environments.
  • Proven expertise in Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and declarative programming techniques.
  • Ability to understand client business problems and design technology-enabled solutions that add value.
  • Confident in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
  • Experience with DevOps (Salesforce DX) is a strong advantage, especially with tools like Git.
  • Relevant certifications such as Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
