Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
  • Participate in analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and deployment of Salesforce projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify business challenges and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Implement Salesforce configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Work with API integrations, Salesforce DX, and DevOps tools (e.g., Git) to support continuous delivery and version control.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data governance.
  • Support solution design documentation and participate in technical reviews.
  • Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in
    Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
  • Experience with
    Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps (Salesforce DX) and Git-based version control preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Community Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.
