Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
  • Participate in full lifecycle Salesforce implementations—from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants and developers to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide best-practice guidance to clients and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • Participate in DevOps processes (Salesforce DX), including version control and continuous integration.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce declarative programming and AppExchange tools.
  • DevOps experience using tools like Salesforce DX and Git is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud are highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
