Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce standard objects and customization using the Lightning Platform.
  • Extensive experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and preferably Marketing Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including roles, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new technologies and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce applications using Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
  • Work with standard and custom Salesforce objects; design and implement custom objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, and automation.
  • Design and develop solutions in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with additional experience in Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud considered a plus.
  • Perform API integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP web services.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and report folders to support business intelligence needs.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of developed components and integrations.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.

Pay: Php80, Php85,000.00 per month
