JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Background experience or solid Knowledge in any Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Vlocity etc)
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce DX, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful web services.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer or similar role.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is a plus

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up
  • Amenable to work in BGC
  • Someone who can start as soon as possible
