We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the optimal performance of our heavy equipment, vehicles, and facilities. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in hydraulics, heavy equipment parts, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead maintenance staff in the repair and upkeep of heavy equipment (Reach Stacker, Sidelifter, Forklift, Backhoe, and other vehicles).
  • Ensure minimal to zero downtime of equipment through proper scheduling, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and oversee repairs related to hydraulics, cylinders, booms, and other key equipment components.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on downtime, idle units, and equipment under repair.
  • Monitor and schedule manpower deployment, including assigning employees to other sites or company operations.
  • Handle encoding of overtime (OT) records into Google Sheets and other tracking systems.
  • Process requisitions and orders for spare parts and consumables, ensuring correct identification of required parts.
  • Implement safety and maintenance standards to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is MUST.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role handling heavy equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance, hydraulics, cylinders, booms, and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with spare parts and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/MS Excel) for encoding and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Preferred Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
