Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or manpower agency operations.
  • With supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
  • Experience handling recruitment for skilled, semi-skilled, or overseas employment is a strong advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiar with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
  • Knowledge of POEA (now DMW) rules and requirements if the agency also deploys overseas workers.
  • Strong people management skills – able to lead recruiters, coordinators, and support staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems/databases.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (with clients and workers).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts or projects at once.

Other Qualities:

  • High integrity and compliance mindset.
  • Results-driven, able to meet manpower requirements on time.
  • Customer-service oriented (since manpower agencies deal with client companies)
