Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking an Sales Support Specialist to serve as the link between customers, contractors, and our sales team. You will qualify leads, provide product recommendations, interpret heating system layouts, and ensure smooth communication across all stages of the sales process.
Must Have's
- 2–4 years in HVAC sales support, customer support, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Experience working with technical drawings or construction plans
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Prior experience in a sales support or inside sales role
Nice-to-Haves/Preferred
- Degree or background in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
- Familiarity with infrared heating or HVAC systems
- Ability to draft simple 2D/3D layouts for heater placement
- Experience with Help Scout, Pipeline Deals CRM, or QuickBooks Desktop
- Exposure to both residential and commercial project workflows

We Are Looking For The Following Specific Requirements

Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Support the sales team in qualifying and nurturing leads
- Assist with ecommerce sales support when required
- Create simple heating system layouts for residential and commercial projects
- Interpret technical drawings and make accurate product recommendations
- Serve as liaison with manufacturers for detailed product information
- Partner with marketing to refine technical sales content
- Maintain knowledge bases and customer-facing FAQs
- Identify and recommend process improvements for customer interactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
