This job is for a fast paced person that will help run the operations of a company in Alberta, Canada. The job will be for US and Canada hours (i.e. your nights)
Please note that this is a very fast paced role that requires strong verbal and written English skills. The person must be very comfortable with using technology and also be open to learning fast.
The role includes but not limited to:
1. Take inbound calls
Assign jobs to the technicians
Order parts, follow up on parts with suppliers
Data Entry
I cannot stress enough the amount of chaos that you will have to manage. Please only apply if you are ready for a challenge.
