Job Title: Part-Time Encoder

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Encoder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode and update information into company databases with speed and accuracy.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
  • Assist with other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • College level or graduate preferred.
  • Computer literate, with knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in data encoding is an advantage but not required.

Work Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: On-site at Cubao, Quezon City
  • Type: Part-Time
