About the role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Data Encoder to join our team at HAPPY MANPOWER SERVICES INC.'. This full-time role is based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental and will involve processing and inputting data with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately entering data into computer systems and databases
  2. Proofreading and verifying data for completeness and accuracy
  3. Maintaining and updating records and databases as required
  4. Providing administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and assisting with other office tasks as needed
  5. Adhering to data entry policies, procedures, and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, ideally in a similar industry
  2. Excellent typing and data entry skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  3. Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in using word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  5. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
