About the role

Tom's Koi Pet Supplies, a leading retailer of pet supplies, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Encoder to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to our pet products and sales. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our inventory and order management systems.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately input and update product information, including descriptions, pricing, and stock levels
  2. Process customer orders and maintain detailed sales records
  3. Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and identifying discrepancies
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making
  5. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entries and records
  6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and data integrity at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Strong data entry and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  2. Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  3. Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
  5. A passion for providing excellent customer service and supporting the growth of the business
