We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Residential Designer or Draftsperson to help bring a new rear dwelling project to life, located behind an existing property.

Key Responsibilities

• Design a residential home at the rear of an existing property (dual occupancy/subdivision project).
• Prepare concept plans, site layouts, and working drawings ready for council or builder submission.
• Collaborate closely with the client to incorporate design feedback and meet planning and construction standards.
• Ensure all designs comply with Australian building codes and standards, particularly those relevant to Victoria.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in residential architectural design and working drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design and drafting software.
• Strong understanding of site planning, setbacks, boundaries, and layout design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret design briefs.
• Experience with Victorian planning laws preferred, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
