ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Time Outsource Designer to work remotely as part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be an architecture graduate with expertise in 3D modeling, drafting, and design visualization. This role requires strong technical proficiency, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality design outputs for various projects, including commercial, retail, hospitality, and interior fit-outs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and produce 3D models, renders, and architectural drawings for interior and exterior projects.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD.
  • Work on concept development, space planning, and design presentations.
  • Utilize SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for visualizations and design communication.
  • Collaborate with the design team to refine concepts and deliver creative solutions aligned with project requirements.
  • Adapt and modify designs based on client feedback and project needs.
  • Ensure timely submission of design deliverables and revisions.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all design outputs.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting, design development, and 3D visualization.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite is required. Experience with Enscape, for rendering is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of architectural detailing, spatial planning, and interior fit-out design.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical plans, and material specifications.
  • Experience in commercial, retail, and hospitality design is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle design challenges independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setup.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

WORK SETUP & REQUIREMENTS:

  • The candidate must provide their own computer (desktop or laptop) equipped with the required software.
  • A stable internet connection is essential for seamless communication and file sharing.
  • The applicant must be willing to be monitored during work hours via video or CCTV camera for accountability and productivity tracking.
  • Must be available to work full-time, following a fixed schedule aligned with the team's operating hours.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team.
