JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The position involves handling accounting-related tasks such as preparing reports, monitoring expenses, encoding data, and assisting in balancing sheets. The role also includes coordination with other departments to support financial documentation and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and balance sheets.
  • Encode, track, and monitor expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and other accounting-related tasks.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized filing of financial and administrative documents.
  • Use Excel to generate reports, summaries, and data analysis.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, accounting staff, and management for document submission.
  • Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • With strong skills in Mathematics, Microsoft Excel, and financial reports.
  • Knowledgeable in preparing and balancing sheets, vouchers, and financial statements.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy in handling confidential data.
  • With good communication and coordination skills.
  • At least 1 year of related experience in administrative or accounting support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Willing to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
