Compliance Admin Team Leader

Compliance Admin Team Leader is responsible for overseeing sanitation and security activities under the responsibility of the Compliance department by ensuring the conformance to company sanitation and security standards, company policies, and food safety requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Sanitation Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food technology, Environmental Science, Public Health, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Personal Hygiene, sanitation and security standards, and local regulatory standards
- Familiarity with Food safety and sanitation cleaning chemicals, cleaning validation, cleaning techniques is an advantage
- Familiarity with Security protocols and standards, access controls,
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Sanitation practices and hygiene standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage schedules and documentation
- Proficient in report writing, record keeping, and documentation
- Computer Literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations
- Strong attention to details and commitment to compliance, sanitation, and safety standards
- Fast Learner
- Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
- With Leadership skills
- Systematic and organized
Main Position Function:
Oversee compliance with sanitation and security standards (cGMP, HACCP, FSMS, ISO, OSH, and government food safety regulations).
Conduct daily inspections to verify cleaning effectiveness and monitor status of sanitation and security personnels
Validate and monitor cleaning procedures in day to day activities of the sanitation and security team
Coordinate with Compliance sections and other company departments such as Warehouse Operations, Production, Engineering and Supply chain to resolve sanitation and security-related concerns and issues.
Investigate sanitation-related nonconformities and ensure the corrective actions are continuously implemented
Develop, register, and implement forms and documents for the maintenance and improvement of Sanitation and security
Facilitate the distribution of cleaning tools and chemicals
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Compliance:
Enforce safe use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE to Sanitation personnel, as outlined by the Chemical MSDS provided by suppliers
Conduct toolbox/ meetings/ talks with sanitation personnel and trainings on personal hygiene, safe sanitation practices, and chemical handling.
Support and participate in OSH activities, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills
Administrative Function:
Maintain accurate sanitation logs, records, and compliance reports related to Sanitation and security activities
Prepare and track chemicals, PPE, and security and sanitations tools and their inventory, as well as request their replenishments when needed
Document deviations, corrective actions, and initiatives for continuous improvement related to Sanitation and security
Prepare reports to assist in the management and monitoring of sanitation and security performance, compliance status, scorecards, and audit results
Assist in the budget planning related to sanitation and security supplies, equipment, and manpower needs
Special Function:
Performs other Compliance related functions that may be given by immediate superiors or as assigned by immediate superiors to support Compliance needs
Assist during internal and external audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections
Recommend process improvement in security, sanitation, and hygiene practices
