Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Purpose of the Role/Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant supports daily operations by managing documents, tracking inventory, assisting with vehicle and warehouse records, and performing general clerical tasks. This role ensures organized documentation, asset monitoring, and timely support for admin-related activities.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities
- Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents
- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (hard copy or e-copy)
- Update the inventory of Admin available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies
- Document daily vehicle and motorcycle punch list or breakdown/s
- Assisting in managing records of all assets of the company
- Document daily vehicle bewagon and trip ticket
- Assisting in scheduling for all vehicle registration and request for budgeting purposes
- Assisting in all Admin warehouse related activities and such as, inventory, inspection, and all clerical works
- Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
