Job Summary:
We are looking for a Property Admin (Leasing) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the administration and coordination of leasing activities, ensuring efficient operations, accurate documentation, and excellent tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and filing of lease contracts, renewals, and tenant documents.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding leasing inquiries, payments, and maintenance concerns.
- Monitor and update tenant information, lease status, and billing records.
- Support the leasing team in marketing available spaces and coordinating with brokers or prospects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, correspondence, and schedules related to property and leasing operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations pertaining to property leasing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or any related field.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in property administration or leasing coordination.
- Knowledgeable in leasing processes, documentation, and tenant management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Customer service-oriented and flexible with work hours, when necessary.
