We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our studio's daily activities with a direct mandate to drive revenue. You will be responsible for streamlining the client journey—from booking to final print delivery—while managing localized retail challenges such as seasonal demand shifts and omnichannel service integration. The goal is to build a high-velocity studio that maximizes every lead and transaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales-Focused Workflow Optimization: Design and implement "frictionless" studio workflows that reduce wait times and increase booking conversion rates.
  • Capacity & Yield Management: Monitor studio utilization and adjust schedules or promotions (e.g., "mini-sessions") to maximize revenue during off-peak hours.
  • Omnichannel Service Integration: Oversee the operational link between physical studio visits and digital sales, ensuring clients can easily order prints or digital assets via social media or our e-commerce platform.
  • Local Market Intelligence: Track local events, graduations, and competitor activities in the Philippines to adjust operational readiness and promotional timing.
  • SME Resource Management: Manage the studio's operational budget, equipment maintenance, and stock levels for high-margin physical products like frames and photo albums.
  • Team Leadership & Sales Coaching: Recruit and train studio staff on upselling techniques and "Customer First" service standards that lead to higher average transaction values.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly reports on KPIs such as Booking Conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Productivity per Photographer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in retail or creative studio operations within the Philippines.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with retail POS systems, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), and digital asset management.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to interpret P&L statements and manage operational costs to protect profit margins.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to navigate the unique challenges of the Philippine SME sector, including seasonal holiday rushes and evolving digital trends.
